This sprayed element incorporates around 25gm of metal oxide material (in total) to produce the complete sprayed element area (35cmx35cm). Divided into 2 separate resistor zones by the split copper live feed terminal (on right hand side), the resistance of each element (at 230/240v) is ca 173 ohms. The total current carried by each element is around 1.35amps, resulting in an extremely low current density being carried across the total surface area.
